Welcome to The Pines Country Club's website.  The Pines Country Club is a private golf club located in Morgantown, West Virginia.  It was opened in 1970.  The golf course offers many amenities to its members, including an 18-hole championship golf course; a practice driving range and putting green; a heated swimming pool; and clubhouse facilities with lockers and showers.

Fine dining and banquet services are provided in the clubhouse by Synergy at the Pines, Inc. and is open to the public.

The course has been the site of the West Virginia Open, the West Virginia Amateur, and a qualifying site for the U. S. Open.  It has also been the site of the Betty Puskar Futures Tour event.  Past champions and current LPGA players include Lorena Ochoa and Grace Park .

Members and visitors praise its lush beauty and the challenge of its 6,713-yard, par 71 layout.  Number 17, a 231-yard, par 3 hole, has been rated as one of the ten most challenging golf holes in West Virginia.

The Pines Country Club is a member of the United States Golf Association (USGA) and the West Virginia Golf Association.  Working with the USGA, the club offers a modern, computerized handicap system.  A PGA Golf Professional is available full-time and has been named the WV Professional Golf Teacher of the Year by Golf Digest magazine in 2007-2008.  There is an active junior golf program and a well-stocked pro shop at the club.
